José Cruz Sr.



Meet José Cruz Sr., an avid businessman who strives for success both professionally and personally. José has over 30 years experience in the automotive field. He began working with Sears Automotive and Tire Center in 1990 as a general service technician. Through hard work and perseverance, José has grown from a technician to District Manager over his tenure in the field. He has managed businesses as small as an eight-person shop with six bays to a multitude of locations that employed 150 associates. José has the passion and drive that will lead a struggling business to success.

Due to José’s extensive background in automotive management, he decided to venture in the business of consulting. Being a successful coach, mentor and motivator, Jose’ started Auto Consult LLC., with the intent to help others in the area of Automotive ownership, find their pathways to success.

José’s goal is to see you, the individual business owner, succeed in all facets of both business and life. There is a healthy balance between your work and your home life, and it is his mission to help you find it.
